Common questions
When is my card charged?
Your card is charged at the moment your order is confirmed. For pre-orders or back-ordered items, the charge may be deferred until the seller dispatches the goods.
Can I pay in a currency other than EUR?
Our platform processes payments in EUR by default. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank or card provider will apply their standard conversion rate. No additional fee is charged by 3talk.de.
Why was my payment declined?
Declines are usually triggered by your bank or payment provider — for example, due to incorrect billing details, insufficient funds, or security flags. Try again with updated information or contact your bank directly.
Is it safe to save my payment method for future purchases?
Saved payment tokens are managed by our certified payment processor and are never stored in plain text on 3talk.de servers. You can remove saved methods from your account settings at any time.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on eligibility and timelines.
