Return Instructions

Step 1: Send a Complaint
Email pictures of the delivered product as evidence to info@gcodecloud.de.

Step 2: Return after Authorization
Once your claim is validated, we will provide the most suitable method for returning the item.

Step 3: Track Return Status
We will send you a return waybill number so you can track the status of your return.

Step 4: Get Resolution
After we confirm receipt of the item by the Seller, 3talk.de will notify the Seller to resolve the matter. Resolution remains the Seller’s sole responsibility.

Correctly Delivered Items
An order is considered correctly delivered when:  
• The item matches the product description on the platform  
• The item matches the images and specifications on the website  
• The item is free from defects, damage, or functional issues  

Correctly delivered items are generally not eligible for return. If a return is still accepted:  
• The seller must agree to the return  
• A 10% order processing fee will be charged  
• Refunds are processed only after the item is inspected and confirmed to be in original pristine condition  
• Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable  

Cancellation by Customer (Change of Mind) 
Orders cancelled for reasons not attributable to 3talk.de (change of mind, incorrect selection, etc.) incur a 10% Order Processing Fee, deducted from the refund. This does not apply to cancellations caused by product defects or delivery errors.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:  
• Be unused, undamaged, and in resellable condition  
• Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags  
• Be returned within the applicable return window  

Items showing signs of use, damage, or tampering will not qualify for a refund.

Items Not Eligible for Returns
1. Products altered from their original state or opened without permission  
2. Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers  
3. Perishable goods (unless a valid reason is raised at delivery)  
4. Products damaged due to misuse  
5. Beauty, health and personal care products  
6. Jewelry, innerwear, bed sheets, lingerie and socks  
7. Books and CDs  
8. Underwear  
9. Adult toys  
10. Groceries  
11. Perfumes  
12. Cosmetics  
13. Hair extensions
